How was your 2017?
Seems my 2017 was dynamic – filled with laughters and tears. Today I will be attending a year end party with my colleagues but before that! I attended a one day class to make a sangria for the party.
Let me share the tips and how to make that I have learned from the class!
1. Prepare the following:
- One 2L jar
- One orange
- One apple
- Two lemons
2. Slice the fruits.
3. Put all the fruits into the jar. There is no order! Just put it all together!4. Pour the wine until the neck of the jar.And wait for 24 hours before drinking the sangria.
Add some cinnamon and star anise and boil it to have it as vin chaud.
- Use cheap sweet wine.
- Avoid fruits such as bananas, unfrozen berry types of fruits, grapes (cause wine itself is made of grapes already).
Have a nice holiday! 🙂
